My Poor Time Management or Wrong Priorities...IDK!

So I was swept up in World Series fever and managed my time poorly. Wow what a game though! Go Cardinals! Alas I have run out of time for my 2nd blog though, and now hubby has Real Time with Bill Maher on and I am completely distracted. I promise to do better next week hopefully but if I wait until Friday to write I am afraid it might be even worse because hubby and I are leaving town for our 17th wedding anniversary. It has been a very long and extremely busy week but what a way to end it!!!:)

  1. I had that same issue this week - baseball is my all time sports love. So, getting things done this week was tough with the series on. And even worse since my all time favorite team - the Cards - were in it and out of it and in it and so on.
This was probably the best World Series I have seen in my lifetime - excitement and the triumph of the underdog.

  2. I don't watch baseball, but I had a very busy weekend as well!

  3. Hmmmm, well Jenn....I'm glad you came around as far as baseball goes. I heard a rumor, you weren't a big fan...and only attended games, or paid attention to the sport because your husband does.

I just don't get the appeal. My husband and father-in-law watched the game tonight and the score was 1-0! My immediate thought was "ugh how boring", but my husband assured me that was not the case. I just don't get it. I go to games with him because I love him and I know he enjoys them but I always have a book or two with me! Last year when they were checking our bags at the gates the security people cracked up because I had two books with me.They said, "guess you are here for him, not the game" and they were so right!

    Have a good weekend!

  4. What can I say, I love my husband and I put in an effort for the important things! To be honest he doesnt even watch that much baseball outside of the cards so I try to support him and the team:-)
